Lake Sammamish is directly to the east of Bellevue and provides plenty of scenic walking trails and access to Lake Sammamish itself. If you want to feel like you come home to a cabin in the woods rather than an apartment in the city, then this might be the right place for you to buy a condo. Condos here are more like homes than an apartment, but also come with a higher price tag. Still, there are plenty of properties to be had for your less-than-$1 million sticker price.
